The Uses of Calcium Gluconate:
Calcium gluconate is a medication used to manage hypocalcemia, cardiac arrest, and cardiotoxicity due to hyperkalemia or hypermagnesemia. t may be used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels such as bone loss (osteoporosis), weak bones, decreased activity of the parathyroid gland and a certain muscle disease. It may also be used in certain patients to make sure they are getting enough calcium. Calcium gluconate is a mineral supplement.
